How can I find a specific product I am looking for?

There are a couple ways to find the right product you are looking for. You can click on a category on the left hand side of our store which will narrow your search to subcategories. Click on the subcategory you desire until you find exactly what you want. Another way is to find a product using our search located at the top left of the page. Type in a specific product term and then to narrow your search select a category in the browse dropdown list located on the right on the page, and click go. Please note that to search all categories, change the browse category to say All.

How much is shipping?

Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the deliver address for your order. Shipping costs for orders depend upon the method and option you choose.

If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you will be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment. If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we will charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

What is Super Saver Shipping and how do I take advantage of it?

Super Saver Shipping is shipping that is FREE on Orders over $25 (some restrictions apply).

• 1. Place over $25 of eligible products in your Shopping Cart. (Eligible items will say eligible for FREE Super Saver Shipping next to their price.)
• 2. Proceed to checkout.
• 3. Ship your items to a single U.S. address.
• 4. Select Super Saver Shipping as your shipping speed. Please note that your order will take an additional 3 to 5 business days to ship.
• 5. Select Group my items into as few shipments as possible as your shipping preference.
• 6. Place your order, and enjoy the free shipping!

We accept almost all types of credit cards, as well as PayPal via your Paypal debit or credit card!

Do you ship outside of the U.S?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Add the item(s) to your cart and begin the checkout process. Once you come to the screen that shows shipping, you will know if an item can be shipped to your country.

How do I find out the delivery time on my items?

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail.
